MCS #58

Good evening!  Where has the time gone??  I feel like I blinked and we're already 11 days into June!!  The weather here has been fabulous and I've been enjoying it, that's for sure.  Lots of golf with my sweetie and tending to the flowers and plants in the yard.  Unfortunately, not much time for crafting but my list of projects keeps getting longer and longer!  I finally got downstairs for a while today and got a couple things crossed off my list.

The card I have to share tonight is a birthday card for our sweet neighbor girl who turns 9 in a couple of weeks.      I went to my go-to birthday cartridge, Birthday Bash, and saw this cute butterfly with the number 9.  Perfect!  On that same page of the handbook, I used the font image for my card base, welding it to a simple rectangle.  I put the butterfly on an action wobble for a little extra fun.  I'm submitting this to the challenge over at My Craft Spot - Birthday - What's your age? (Must include a number.)  Thanks for coming by to take a look and I hope you're all enjoying some fabulous weather like I have been!

Recipe:
Solid cardstock from Bazzill and Recollections
Patterned cardstock from DCWV
Butterfly and number 9 from Birthday Bash cut at 3.25 inches
Face from Peachy Keen Stamps Wide Eyed Kids Assortment
Black, White and Clear Star Sakura gel pens
Crinkle ribbon
Action wobble
