Snow Fun

Happy Saturday!  I hope your weekend is off to a good start.  We're having a cold weekend here, and I'm taking advantage of it by staying inside and crafting!!

My sweetie got me a Silhouette for Christmas and I've been trying it out a little bit.  I'm so used to my Cricut that it's taking a little bit of getting used to, but I think I'm starting to get the hang of it.  I started this layout a couple weeks ago and finally got around to putting the finishing touches on it.

I found a sketch on Pinterest that I used as my inspiration for this layout.

I bought the Snow Fun image and the snowflakes in the Silhouette store.  It took me a little bit to figure the layers out on the title, but I think I got it!

I covered the snowflakes in Martha Stewart coarse glitter - love that stuff!

I'm going to link this project up over at Die Cuttin Divas, where this week's challenge is Winter Fun.  Thanks for coming by to take a look!

Recipe:
Solid cardstock from Recollections
Pattern paper from The Paper Studio's Four Seasons stack
Snow Fun and snowflakes from the Silhouette store

  6. What a beautiful layout Heather! I love the title you picked out at the Silhouette store! So fun and the pics are perfect:) TFS!
Congrats on using your cameo...it's easy to push it aside when your so comfortable with the cricut. I was like that to and still sometimes thinks it's just easier to grab my cricut but I force myself to use it. I am really liking it a lot especially grabbing random files off the store...so really fun things to make! Have fun and enjoy your new toy!
