Hello!! Yes, I am actually posting something today!! It feels like it has been forever since I've posted or spent any time crafting. I've been trying to get used to my new schedule at work and figuring out when I'll have time to fit in my crafting, running, golf and of course housework and spending time with my sweetie! I think I'm starting to get it figured out though and I was actually able to spend some time crafting this afternoon. :-)
I needed to make a belated birthday card and decided to play along with a challenge while I was at it. Over at Die Cuttin Divas they're having an Ice Cream challenge this week. I started flipping through some of my Cricut handbooks and found this cute image of an ice cream sundae with a birthday candle. Perfect!!
Can you see where I crinkled the dish on accident as I was adding some of those ice cream layers on top?? Darn it!! I would have had to cut out nearly everything again to redo it, and I just didn't want to use that much paper. I'm too frugal!!
A fairly simple card, but I got my creative juices flowing! Thanks for coming by to take a look!!

Pattern cardstock from DCWV

Very sweet! Sometimes you can fix a boo-boo by adding another layer right on top. I've done that before! TFS your card at DCD's challenge this week.
