Happy Monday and welcome to another Monday challenge!
Challenge #194 Use a Snowman
Create a Project that uses a snowman!
Winner will receive the Conversation Candies stamp set
I was thinking of all the cold weather we've had this winter here in the Midwest when I made this card. I found this sentiment on one of my Christmas stamp sets and knew I was going to use it on my card.
I cut the cute snowman from the Winter Frolic cartridge. You can't tell in the photos, but the solid papers are all shimmer papers, so the card has a pretty shine to it in person.
I embossed my sentiment with silver embossing powder and framed it with a Martha Stewart corner punch. A cute Peachy Keen face stamp and some twine finish off my card.
Be sure to visit the FCCB blog to view the other DT members' projects and to join in the challenge. Remember, to qualify for the prize you must use at least 1 Cricut cut on your project! Thanks for stopping by!!Recipe:
Solid cardstock from DCWV
Pattern Paper from The Paper Studio
Snowman from Winter Frolic cut at 4.5 inches
Sentiment from Pink by Design's Christmas Wishes set
Face from Peachy Keen Stamps Winter Face Assortment
Martha Stewart Aspen Snowflake corner punch
Silver embossing powder
Twine from The Twinery
Fun snowman...and YES, it sure has been cold outside!
